Your product is amazing, and everyone believes in it.

Sounds nice? It sounds good.

What would you think if I told you that today you’re gonna find such a bargain?

Don’t believe me?

Take a look at the Crosman 2100 Classic in this comprehensive review to see if I’m telling the truth.

Crosman 2100 Classic – Guntype

This is a multi-pump pneumatic rifle.

Variable pump guns are equipped with a piston and an cylinder.

The air in the gun is already pressured and you can add more pressure by cocking it.

The driving force of compressed gas propels the pellet downrange within the barrel when you shoot.

The multi-pump gun is lightweight, compact, and has excellent recoilless.

It also allows you to control the gun's power:

If you shoot indoors or in your garage, pump it three times.

You can pump it 10 times if you have a lot of energy and need to exercise a bit.

The caliber of this gun is .177” (4.5 millimeters) which is the most common caliber for target shooting and plinking.

You can find out more about how to choose the best air gun caliber for you game in this post.

This Crosman 2100 is an BB repeater.

With a BB repeater gun, you don’t have to open up and reload or cock every time you want to shoot a BB.

Every time you shoot, a new battery is automatically reloaded.

This air rifle can be used as a BB gun or a single-shot pellet gun. Single-shot rifles can be very simple and inexpensive.

A beginner shooter can learn how to operate a single shot gun in a matter hours.

This Crosman 2100 can shoot both BB or pellet. It also allows you to switch between BB and pellet if you are bored shooting BB.

You can also teach your children how to use a BB gun or a pellet gun simultaneously without needing to purchase 2 guns.

The barrel is made of rifled steel and has helical grooves in the inside.

The receiver is also made from metal.

That’s an outstanding feature because BB guns normally don’t have metal receivers.

This gun can be used for many years without the need to purchase a new gun.

Stock

The stock is made from synthetic material and has a metal receiver.

Synthetic stock is lighter than Woodstock and can be easily affected by temperature and moisture.

So it’s a great choice for people who live in a humid place and for shooters who don’t want to bother with stock preservation.

This post provides more information on the in-depth comparison of synthetic and wood stock.

This gun features a textured grip with forearm and grip to increase friction when shooting, stop slippage from shooter sweat and improve stability when aiming.

Besides, it has a rubber buttpad to absorb recoil so you can enjoy long hours of shooting without getting a painful shoulder from the gun’s kickback.

Ammo

Crosman 2100 is primarily powered by.177 pellets,.177 BBs, and.177 BBs.

BB is incredibly cheap. You can purchase a thousand rounds of it for as low as $1.

Moreover,.177 is the cheapest pellet you will find.

Sight

crossman classic 2100 sight

Fiber optics are used for the open sight. This allows you to align your sight more quickly and accurately in low-light conditions like dusk.

You can adjust the sight's windage and elevation settings by using the rear sight.

This post will provide more information about the various types of airgun sights available and which one you should choose.

Loading and cocking

Pumping the gun First put the gun “ON SAFE”, open the forearm all the way until it reaches the limit.

You can then return the foregrip back to its closed position, and you are done with one pump.

You can add more pumps to your gun by repeating the process (minimum 3 and maximum 10).

Loading BBs: Slide the grip cap towards the rear end of the airgun.

You should not put more than 200 BBs in the reservoir hole.

Close the grip cap.

Take the BB Follower stem back, and secure the notch.

Point the barrel straight down.

Use a hand-twisting motion to shake the air gun and turn it around to fill the visual magazine.

Release the stem from the notch to store BBs in your visual magazine.

Pull the bolt all the way back to lock it.

A BB will be automatically picked up by the magnetic bolt.

Now push the bolt slowly forward (you can clearly see the BB moving through the port).

How to load the pellet Push the bolt backwards, and place one pellet (nose-first) in the loading port.

The bolt should be pushed forward. Now you can shoot!

The video below will show you how easy it is to operate the gun.

Power, speed, accuracy, and Velocity

Crosman 2100 can reach speeds of up to 755 FPS when using steel BB or 725 FPS when using lead pellet.

This pellet gun has a medium velocity, compared with other pellet guns, and a high velocity BB gun.

This ensures that you have enough velocity for pop-up cans or balloons.

The following are the results of our chronony tests:

For 10 pumps

Price

Crosman costs only $60

This rifle is double-functional and offers incredible accuracy and high velocity.

Remember that you can save $10 when you purchase from PyramydAir than when you buy from Crosman.

There are several listings online at different prices. However, the listing with the lowest price I found is the most affordable price on online ecommerce sites like Amazon and PyramydAir.

Conclusion

Crosman 2100 can often be considered a cheap gun.

I wouldn't be surprised to see an air rifle this good selling for at least 100 dollars, even though the total cost is only 60 bucks.

This gun is the best BB/pellet combination gun you can buy.
